摘要
轮胎是一个具有粘弹性性质的橡胶复合材料结构体,结构比较复杂,研究其动态性能涉及到轮胎的一些宏观力学性能。本文用胎体层的组分材料基本材料性能参量和内胎的充气压力,预报了含有内胎的胎体层的宏观切向刚度和当量剪切模量。其预报值与实验值吻合很好。
A tire is composite and very complex structure with viscoelasticity. Reserch on its dynamic response is diffcult, especially, the prediction of macroscopic mechanic performances of a tire. In this paper prediction of macroscopic torsional modulus of tires body contained pneumatic tube of tire is made by the properties of tires constitutes and pressure. Experimental value of the tubes contacted length is agreement with the predicted value well.
