本文通过对该校酒店管理专业学生实习酒店餐饮人力资源发展情况的调查,分析了当前星级酒店餐饮人力资源管理面临的问题,对高职酒店管理专业学生实习就业模式的改革进行了思考。

Based on a survey of the catering human resources at hotels where the hotel management students work as interns,this paper analyzes the problems the star hotels encounter at present.The paper also probes into the employment modes for hotel management students at vocational colleges.
