摘要
高职高专烹饪类专业是一个对实践教学要求较高的专业,因此,对行之有效的实践教学方法的探讨成为当前研究工作的重点。在《菜肴制作》课程教学实践中,教师积极引入项目教学法,对课程的教学方法进行重新设计,通过任务驱动的方式,提高了学生的学习兴趣和积极性。
Cuisine courses at vocational colleges focus on practice,and the research on effective teaching methods is winning increasing concerns.In the teaching of the course Dish Preparation,the paper suggests introducing Project Teaching to organize class activities so that the students' interest can be stimulated by employing the task-driven mode.
