试论农民媒介素养的培养

On the Cultivation of Farmers' Media Skills

一个人媒介素养的高低,决定他发展的潜质有多大;一个国家民众媒介素养的高低,决定这个国家发展的前景有多广。笔者通过考察安徽省农民媒介素养,发觉整体偏低,亟需提升,提出培养农民媒介素养的一些方法途径,以期能有助于中国农民整体素质的提高。

The extent of media skills one owns decides how much he has the potential to go forward. The extent of media skills the civilians of a country have decides how extensive its prospect will be. Through investigating farmers＇ media skills of Anhui province,the author finds that the farmers＇ media skills are low from the whole view. So the author proposes some means to solve the problems in order to be helpful to improve the overall media qualities of Chinese farmers.
