摘要
对爆炸波的现场测试系统动态灵敏度标定和峰值超压测量的实验方法进行了改进,显著提高了两者的测定精度。在此基础上,实验测定了两种不同尺寸的带薄钢壳钝黑铝柱形装药的爆炸波峰值超压随传播距离的变化关系,并由此推论出了爆炸波的超压TNT当量。简化计算了在相同壳体和装药质量条件下钝黑铝、钝化黑索金和TNT柱形装药爆炸波的超压TNT当量。计算和实验之间的比较表明:对于钝黑铝装药,超压TNT当量的计算值与实验值极好地一致;钝黑铝装药的超压TNT当量相对钝化黑索金和TNT装药分别提高了15%和47%。
In this paper,the experimental techniques,which are used to calibrate the dynamic sensitivity of a measurement system on the scene and to measure the peak overpressure of blast wave,are improved.Compared to the traditional methods,these thchniques can give more reasonable accuracy.Using the techniques,we obtained the peak overpressure vs distance curve of blast wave for cylindrical charge containing aluminum AⅨ Ⅱ (80% by weight AⅨ Ⅰ plus Al power) surrounded by a thin steel shell and derived the over pressure’s TNT equivalence of the blast wave.The overpressure’s TNT equivalence of blast wave for three kinds of cylindrical charges,AⅨ Ⅱ,AⅨ Ⅰ (95% by weight RDX plus mix wax) and TNT,which are in the same size and mass,and surrounded by the same shell,are calculated by use of a simplified method.The comparison between calculating and experimental results indicated that the calculating result of AⅨ Ⅱ ,which is 1.15 times larger than AⅨ Ⅰ and 1.47 times larger than TNT,is in perfectly satisfactory agreement with the experimental data.
