摘要
研究了可倾瓦径向滑动轴承支承的转子系统瞬态响应的计算方法。提出了可倾瓦径向滑动轴承非线性油膜力计算的数据库方法,将可倾瓦与轴颈的结构和运动参数归结到三个参数中,建立起可倾瓦的非线性油膜力数据库,通过精确插值得到每一运动参数组合下轴承提供的油膜力和轴瓦上所受的油膜力矩。这种求油膜力的方法具有与数值方法相同的精度,而计算效率却可以成几百倍地提高。对计算结构动力响应的精细时程积分法加以改进,并将其引入到转子系统瞬时响应的计算中,这种方法无条件稳定,可以得到齐次部分的精确解。将数据库方法与精细时程积分法相结合,具有很大的优越性。
The computing technique of the transient response of a rotor system supported by til ting padjournal bearings is investigated in this paper. A database aided method to calculate the nonlinear forces of tilting pad journal bearings is firstly presented. With the structure and motion parameters of the pads and the journal integrated into three parameters, a database of tilting pad forces is set up. The forces and moment under a certain combination of motion parameters can be obtained by accurate interpolation. This method can ensure the same precision as that of numerical methods with the computer time decreasing at several hundreds times. The precise integration method is modified and then introduced into the transient response calculation for a rotor system. This method is unconditionally stable. With this method, the precise solution of the homogenous part can be obtained. The method proposed in this paper can compete with the existent methods in calculating the transient response of a rotor system supported by tilting pad journal bearings.
