“责任共担”视角下的本科应用型人才利益相关者的责任和义务

Responsibilities and Obligations of Stakeholders of Bachelor Applied Talents Cultivation from the Perspective of"Responsibility Contribution"

目前,国内应用型本科院校培养的学生实践能力和创新能力整体还不强,与社会经济发展需求还存在一定差距。在借鉴国外本科应用型人才培养成功经验的基础上,以"责任共担"为视角系统分析,作为利益获得者的政府、高校、企业、社会以及学生个人和家庭等应根据本科应用型人才培养的本质要求、利益获得情况和自身优势采用不同的方式承担"共同但有区别"的责任和义务。

Nowadays, the graduates＇ practice abilities and innovative abilities cultivated by applied bachelor higher education institutions are not high enough, which have some gap with economic and social development demand. Referring the successful experiences of talent cultivation of applied bachelor higher education institutions abroad, from the perspective of ＂responsibility contribution＂, all the stakeholders of applied bachelor higher education institutions including government, higher education institutions, enterprise, society, students and their families should assume respective responsibilities and obligations according to essential requirements of applied talent cultivation, benefit acquirement situation and individual advantages.
