东盟背景下广西各行业人才需求调查报告

A Survey Report on Talents Demand of Industries of Guangxi under the Background of ASEAN

从正、侧两方面对东盟背景下广西各行业人才需求状况进行调查显示:东盟背景下,广西各行业人才需求缺口较大,尤其是现代服务业;高职英语类专业人才需求量呈明显上升态势,但高职东盟国家语言专业人才需求量并未明显增加;高职英语类专业的教学内容和实习、实训教学环节尚不能满足学生和社会的需求,用人单位对高职毕业生的综合能力、业务能力和职业资格证书都提出了较高要求。

Investigation on the talents demand of industries under the background of ASEAN from the frontal and side aspects, and the findings indicated that, the talents demand of industries in Guangxi have been rising, especially in modem service industry; the talents demand for English majors is also rising, but the talents demand for ASEAN languages majors are not so obvious; the teaching contents of English majors and the teaching process of practice or social practice can not meet students＇ need and social demand; the employment institutions all put forward high requirements for the comprehensive abilities, business abilities and professional qualification certificates of higher vocational school graduates.
