摘要
根据专家型职业学校教师的特点及其发展机制可知,刻意训练是促使专家型教师知识建构和自动化的重要方式,支持性的情境是维持专家型教师较高成就动机的关键因素之一。为保证职业学校教师快速成长为专家型教师,需要注意以下几个方面:进行同样教学情境训练;提供导师或组建教研团队;给予良好的社会支持。
According to the characteristics and development mechanism of professional vocational school teachers, intended training is an important mode for enhancing knowledge construction and automatization of professional teachers, and supportive situation is one of key factors for maintaining high achievements of professional teachers. In order to ensure vocational school teachers developing to professional teachers, the following aspects should be paid attention to: carry out teaching situation training; provide masters or organize teaching and research staff; provide conducive social support.
