摘要
目前生物芯片技术在遗传诊断、药物筛选、多种病毒及病原菌的检测等方面产生了越来越大的影响。本文就生物芯片在TORCH中的应用进行综述。TORCH生物芯片与传统检测方法相比,具备同步快速获得五种TORCH病原体可靠和完整的血清学数据,实验结果可实现数字化判读等优点。因此在TORCH项目临床检验实践中具有明显优势。
The bio-chip technology exerts an increasing impact on the genetic diagnosis,drug screening,and detection for many viruses and bacteria.This article reviews its application TORCH detection.Compared with traditional methods,bio-chip technology has many advantages,i.e.reliable and complete serological data of five TORCH pathogens are available simultaneously,and experimental results can be interpreted digitally.Therefore,the practice of TORCH in clinical laboratory project has obvious advantages.
