摘要
目的探讨单纯性肥胖症儿童血清瘦素(leptin)、神经肽Y(NPY)、脂联素(ADP)胰岛素(Ins)、生长激素(GH)及血脂的含量变化,并分析在儿童生长发育过程中的作用。方法 4~15岁甘肃籍单纯性肥胖和正常儿童各30例为研究对象,以放免法、酶法测定血清中的leptin、NPY、ADP、Ins、GH及血脂水平。结果单纯性肥胖症儿童血清leptin、NPY、Ins、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平非常显著地高于正常组(P<0.01),而ADP、GH水平则非常显著低于正常组(P<0.01)。结沦单纯性肥胖儿童存在瘦素抵抗,高胰岛素血症,,神经肽分泌增加与脂联素、生长激素分泌减少、血脂代谢紊乱,从而影响儿童的生长发育。
Objective:To investigate the contents in the serum leptin (leptin),neuropeptide Y (NPY),adiponectin (ADP) insulin (Ins),growth hormone (GH) and blood lipid of children with simple obesity and analyze the role in process of growth and development of children.Methods:Regarding 4 to 15-year-old obese and normal children ownning Gansu membership of all 30 cases as research object,determinating of serum leptin,NPY,ADP,Ins,GH and blood lipids by radioimmunoassay and enzymatic.Results:The children with simple Obesity serum leptin,NPY,Ins,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein levels are significantly higher than the normal group (P 0.01),and ADP,GH levels were very significantly lower than normal group (P 0.01).Conclusion:The existence of leptin resistance,high Ins / NPY and ADP,reduced GH,the disorder of lipid metabolism in the children with simple obesity,which affects children's growth and development.
