人微小病毒B19感染与不良妊娠结局关系的Meta分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨人微小病毒B19感染与不良妊娠结局的关系。方法计算机检索1999年~2010年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP-维普)、万方-数字化期刊全文库,并辅以文献追溯的方法,收集国内公开发表的有关人微小病毒B19感染与不良妊娠结局的相关文献。应用RevMan4.2.10软件进行Meta分析。结果将7个研究结果加权合并,累计病例513例,B19DNA阳性率20.5%;累计对照743例,B19DNA阳性率3.8%;合并OR=6.68(95%CI:4.10~10.88)。结论国内人微小病毒B19感染与不良妊娠结局发生有显著关联。 Objective:To discuss the relationship between the infection of human parvovirus B19 and the abnormal pregnancy.Methods:We searched literatures about the relationship between the infection of B19 and the abnormal pregnancy in CNKI database,VIP database,and Wan fang database,which were published form 1999 ~ 2010.The Cochrane Collaboration' s software Rev Man4.2.10 was used to analyze them.Results:Results of 7 studies were weighted.A total of 513 cases and 743 controls were collected.The B19 infection rate of the cases and controls was 20.5% and 3.8% respectively.The odds ratio was 6.68 (95% CI:4.10 ~ 10.88).Conclusion:Human parvovirus B19 infection is associated with the incidence of abnormal pregnancy in our country.
