胎儿B超心室内强回声灶的临床意义分析

Clinical meaning of fetal echogenic intracardiac focus

目的探讨胎儿心室内强回声灶(EIF)的临床意义。方法收集2008年1月～2008年12月在本院系统胎儿筛查检测发现的胎儿心室内强回声灶资料,并观察其超声图像改变及追踪预后。结果发现胎儿心室内强回声灶48例,45例为单纯性心室内强回声灶(见图1),其中8例于30w～32w复查消失,37例复查缩小;3例合并其他异常,经染色体检查其中1例为21-三体(见图2)。结论胎儿心室内强回声灶(EIF)是染色体异常的标记之一,产前检查发现EIF时应根据是否合并其他结构异常决定是否行染色体检查。

Objective：To assess the clinical significance of fetal echogenic intracardiac focus.Methods：The message of fetal echogenic intracardiac focus found with systemic fetal ultrasonic examination in Nantong Maternal and Children Health Hospital from Jan.2008 to Dec.2008 collected,to analyzed the change of ultrasonic video and to follow the result.Results：48 cases of fetals with echogenic intracardiac focus were found.45 cases of them were isolated echogenic intracardiac focus,they disappeared or decreased in reinspection during 30w ～ 32w.3 cases of them were complicated echogenic intracardiac focus.1 case fetal was trisomy 21.Conclusion：Echogenic intracardiac focus is one of the marks of the marks of chromsomal abnormalities.Fetals with complicated echogenic intracardiac focus should be checked with Chromosome.
