师范院校应届毕业生焦虑状况调查及原因的研究

Investigation on the Anxiety of Fresh Graduates from Teacher Colleges and the Causes

调查大学应届毕业生的焦虑状况,探讨有关的主要原因,为开展对此期学生的心理卫生和心理咨询提供依据和对策。本研究用焦虑自评量表随机调查大学应届毕业生和在校生各200人,用χ2检验做统计学分析。研究结果表明,毕业生组和未毕业生组之间SAS量表的测量结果有显著性差异,毕业生组焦虑状态现患率为41.67%,明显高于未毕业生组;各组男、女性别间无显著性差异。引起大学应届毕业生焦虑情绪的首要原因是就业问题,其后依次是考研深造、恋爱等。大学应届毕业生焦虑状态明显较高,应加强大学生毕业前的心理卫生工作。

To research the anxious states of college students nearing graduates and relative affecting causes in order to provide evidences and countermeasures for psychological health and consultation to these students. One hundred students were randomly surveyed respectively in nearing graduates and those undergraduates using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale. The statistic analysis was made with χ2 –test. Results：There were significant differences in SAS between two groups; prevalence rate of anxious state in graduates’ group was 41.67% and obviously higher than that of controls;there were no obvious sexual difference in each group. The most important relative cause which caused students to be anxious was employment. The other relative causes of anxiety in proper order were pressure of study,affection and so on. Conclusion：Anxious states of college students nearing graduates were obviously higher,so the psychological health should be strengthened for them.
