摘要
理工高校女大学生的就业问题近年来得到普遍关注。本文从外在结果和内在原因两个层面客观分析了目前理工高校女大学生的就业竞争力,并提出理工高校提升女大学生就业竞争力的有效途径。
The employment of female polytechnic universities students have been more concerned in recent years. In this article we analyzed how about the current female undergraduate’s employment competitive force objectively from the external and internal causes of the two levels and point out the effective ways to promote employment competitive force of female students.
