Comments on the Researches on English Textbooks for Middle School Students in China

中学英语教科书在英语教学中具有至关重要的作用,对英语教科书进行研究有利于完善教科书的编制,保证教科书的质量。我国中学英语教科书的研究明显不足,仍有待进一步深化和完善。通过对我国已有中学英语教科书研究进行梳理,希望能为广大理论研究者和教学实践者提供一定的参考。

English textbooks in secondary schools are vital important to English teaching,and carrying on the studies on English textbooks is beneficial to perfect English textbooks’ compiling and ensure the qualities. We should deepen and perfect the studies of English textbooks in China because of the insufficiency. By sorting out the studies of English textbooks in secondary schools in China,I hope to provide some references for the theory researchers and teaching practices to some extent.
