本文运用文献资料法,论述了体育人文精神的内涵,指出了体育人文精神对塑造学生完整个性、世界观和价值观等方面起着重要作用,普通高校体育教学要注重有目的地对学生进行体育人文精神的培养。

The paper discusses the connotation of humanism spirit of P.E by applying the method of documents,and points out humanism spirit of shaping integral characteristic,world view,value view etc of students.
