在当下高校学报繁荣发展的同时,我们也需要对影响其继续进步的相关问题进行深入思考并加以解决。探讨了高校学报的职能、部分低水平高校学报、三审制与双向匿名评审制、高校学报与社科院(社科联)所办学术期刊的关系、高校学报的数字化发行和市场化等几个方面的问题,为高校学报的普遍协调发展提供参考。

The related questions influencing the progress of university journals should be thought again and solved in the course of prosperous development at present. This study explores several questions including function of university journals, journals of some lower-quality universities, triple and dual-blind reading system, the relationship between university journals and journals held by Academy of Social Sciences （Social Science Federation）, and the relationship between digital publish of university journals and market-orientation. It provides reference for the harmonious development of university journals.
