摘要
中国工程机械工业协会四届二次理事会暨第九届中国工程机械发展高层论坛10月28日在成都召开。会议的中心议题是“总结工作、分析形势、介绍规划、展望未来”。会议的主要内容：分析我国工程机械行业“十一五”以来的发展形势；深入研讨《工程机械行业“十二五”发展规划》；审议协会《2010年工作总结和2011年工作计划》及有关决议；进一步推进全行业产业结构调整和增长方式转变，为“十二五”发展奠定坚实基础。
On october 28th, China Construction Machinery Association 4th second council and the 9th China construction machinery development forum convened at Chengdu. The central issues is 'summarize work, analyze situation, introduce planning, outlook future', the main contents as follow: Analyzing development situation of our country construction machinery industry, since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan; Discussing deeply the construction machinery industry development at Twelfth Five-Year Plan; Making further the adjustment of industrial structure and transformation of economic development approaches, lay a solid foundation for development of Twelfth Five-Year plan.
