摘要
运用多刚体系统动力学中R-W方法分析汽车起重机双摇臂机构运动特性,基于转向误差最小化,建立其优化模型。考虑到车辆的真实行驶状况,在优化模型中引入加权函数,从而实现真实工作条件的仿真。车辆实例分析表明,该方法可行且高效。
Based on the R-W(Roberson and Wittenburg) method of multi-rigid-body system dynamics, this paper analysis of motion characteristic of double rocking arms, then making an optimization model of its aiming to minimize the steering error was established. The optimization model take the influence caused by conditions of the steering performance into account and employed a weight function in order to simulate the actual working conditions .At last, take a typical vehicle for example to educe whether the method is possible and effective or not.
