The Role of Caftsman of Law:Advocating the Juristisch Model that Attaches Importance to Details

当下的中国,依法治国已成为广大人民治理国家的基本方略,社会迫切需要一大批品行端正、精益求精、技艺娴熟的法学工匠。目前在法学界特别是法理学界,还存在着崇拜大师、蔑视工匠的思想倾向。法学工匠对法律细节理解独特,且情有独钟。为了培养出社会急需的法学工匠,法学教育须关注法律细节、强调做好小事,这会使法科学生们形成正确的法的价值论,掌握切实的法的本体论,习得有效的法的方法论。

At present,the rules of law have become the basic strategy of governing the country in China,and the society needs a large number of righehearted caftsmen,who are adroit and serious in their work. There are still many people prefering to adoring grandmaster and showing contempt for caftsman in jurisprudential circle,especially in the circle of juristal theory.The caftsmen have unique views to the details of law,and they prefer to doing small things best.All these can help the students come into right axiology,master the cogent ontology of law and learn the effective methodology of law.
