摘要
目的 探讨纤凝止血泡沫气雾剂对创伤出血创面的止血效果.方法 建立大鼠股动脉创伤出血模型、家兔股动脉创伤出血模型以及家兔肝创伤渗血模型,将自制纤凝止血泡沫气雾剂组、云南白药组和盐水组进行比较,观察止血时间和出血量.结果 纤凝止血泡沫气雾剂组止血时间显著缩短,出血量减少,止血效果可靠.结论纤凝止血泡沫气雾剂可作为创面止血材料.
Objective To detect haemostatic property of themostatic aerosol made of thrombin and fibrinogen. Methods The models of bleeding trauma of rat and rabbit femoral artery and model of capillary hemorrhage of rabbit liver were made, spraying the wound with the material we made, yunnan baiyao and saline separately. The haemostatic effects were recorded by haemostatie time, volume of the bleeding and the success rates of each group. Results The compound material possessed of the effectiveness in shorting haemostatic duration and reducing bleeding. Conclusion The haemostatic resuh of the compound material is better than that of yunnan baiyao. So it is a potential haemostatic material.
