特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血清相关细胞因子表达的临床研究

Study on cytokine in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

目的探讨Th亚群细胞因子在特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)发病中的作用。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测50例ITP患者IL-2、sIL-2R、IL-3、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平,并与20例正常人进行对照。结果 ITP患者IL-3、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显高于对照组(P均<0.01),而血清IL-2、sIL-2R、IFN-γ与对照组比较均无显著差异(P均>0.05)。结论 ITP患者T细胞细胞因子比例失衡,IL-3、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平升高,使机体体液免疫亢进,血浆中的血小板抗体大量增加,从而导致了ITP患者血小板的破坏增加。

Objective It is to investigate the expression of cytokines in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）.Methods The levels of cytokine as IL-2,sIL-2R,IL-3,IL-4,IL-6 IFN-γ and TNF-α were measured and compared in control group with 20 healthy cases and patient group with 50 ITP patients by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The levels of IL-3,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α in ITP patients were remarkably higher than in control group（P0.01）,but the levels of IL-2,sIL-2R and IFN-γ were similar to the normal group（P0.05）.Conclusion The immunological reaction state of T cell cytokines,that includ IL-3,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α is profile predominated in ITP patients.
