摘要
采用均匀设计法优化BIIR防毒面具罩体胶料配方。优化配方为:BIIR100,氧化锌3,硬脂酸1,炭黑N33040,炭黑N22015,凡士林1,石蜡油2,增塑剂DOP2,增塑剂DOS2,偶联剂KH-5500.5,防老剂2641,促进剂TMTD1,促进剂DM0.6。优化配方胶料各项性能符合防毒面具罩体材料要求。
The formulation of BIIR facepiece compound for gas mask was optimized by using uniform design method.The optimized formulation was as follows：BIIR 100,zinc oxide 3,stearic acid 1,carbon black N330 40,carbon black N220 15,vaseline 1,paraffin oil 2,plasticizer DOP 2,plasticizer DOS 2,coupling agent KH-550 0.5,antioxidant 264 1,accelerator TMTD 1,accelerator DM 0.6.The properties met the requirements of facepiece compound for gas mask.
