摘要
在电厂水处理工艺中,混凝加药是最重要的一个过程,也是最难管理的一个环节,它不仅是制水成本的重要组成部分,而且会影响到后续处理的整个过程。针对混凝加药系统所具有的时变、带迟滞、非线性的特点,采用了模糊控制及常规的PID控制相结合的控制策略,能够取长补短,通过模糊推理来实现PID参数的自整定,达到控制过程准确、稳定的目的,实现了混凝剂投加的有效控制,提高了自动化水平。在实际应用中,该系统运行稳定,降低了水处理的成本,经济效益明显。
Medicament feeding process of waterworks is the most important part in water process.It can affect the water cost.The paper reviewed the medicament feeding process of water treatment system in power plant,which had the time-variable,long delay,nonlinear character.The new method combined the fuzzy control and conventional processes of PID.The self-adjusting of PID parameter of the new type of controller was realized through fuzzy reasoning.It also could realize the effective control of medicament feeding and enhance automatic level in water treatment system.In the practical application,the system is operated stably,having reduced the consumption of water.Consequently,the economic benefits are obvious.
