摘要
E-learning的RO(IReturn On Investment)是E-learning的重要研究内容之一。本文提出了高校教育中e-learning教学方式投资回报率的DKM模型,该模型能通过对传统教学方式的成本分析以及对e-learning教学方式的成本分析,计算出投资e-learning学习方式后节约的成本,从而计算出高校投资e-learning后在成本层面上的投资回报率,因此能为高校管理层提供e-learning系统选择和建立的决策依据。在应用该模型时,需要仔细考虑传统教学模式和e-learning教学模式的成本因素,包括设计和开发成本、知识传递成本、管理和维护成本等。最后,我们将这一模型应用于长江师范学院的公共外语教学网络平台决策中,实验结果表明,该e-learning教学方式与传统教学方式相比,仅仅在成本层面上就已经收益50%。
Through cost analysis of traditional teaching and e-learning,the authors put forward the return on investment model of E-learning in higher education(HE),which clearly shows the rate of return e-learning can bring about in HE.It provides a solid foundation for policy makers to make the decision to apply e-learning in HE.Cost factors of both traditional teaching and e-learning are to be carefully considered,such as design and development,knowledge transfer,administration and maintenance,etc.Pilot application of the model in the decision making of the Foreign Language Teaching Platform in Yangtze Normal University has saved 50% of the cost compared to traditional teaching practice.
