摘要 针对水电调度运行易受预测来水和负荷需求不确定性、调度关系复杂性、约束条件多样性等制约,介绍了基于知识推理的水电调度的技术解决方法。该方法建立了增量式调度知识库,采用了基于知识推理的规则匹配和智能模型方法,制订了水电在线调度方案。以葛洲坝水电站为例进行验证,结果表明该方法具有结果透明、实用、智能、快捷等特征。 Because hydropower dispatching operation is constrained easily by uncertainty of water forecast and load demand, complexity of dispatching relationship,and variety of restraint conditions etc,a technical solution method for hydropower dispatching based on knowledge reasoning is introduced.In this method,an incremental knowledge database is created,and a rule-matching and intelligent model based on knowledge reasoning are adopted to formulate the online hydropower scheduling. Take the Gezhouba Hydropower Plant as an example,the simulation results show that the method has many characteristics such as transparency,practicability,intelligence and fastness.
