摘要
为研究高压输电线路上能耗较大而体积、重量要求严格的设备,或需要在线快速充电的设备能量补给问题,针对桥式整流电路感应取电方案的特点,提出最优参数匹配方法。该方法通过合理配置铁芯截面积、次级绕组匝数、电池电压等参数,使得感应取电装置在相同的铁芯和高压母线电流条件下取到相对较多的电能。利用该方法设计的取电装置具有充电电流波动相对较小、充电效率相对较高、体积小和重量轻等优点,并且在较大母线电流工作范围内铁芯始终工作在非饱和区,铁芯发热量小。仿真和实验验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
The research on power supplement system for power induction devices with some demands such as more induction power,fast recharging,small size and light weight is introduced.The optimization parameter matching method is introduced systematically and comprehensively for power induction schemes based on bridge rectifier circuit.The power supplement device can get maximized electric energy with this method when the iron core and the power line current amplitude are unchanged through appropriate setting of parameters such as iron core section area,secondary winding turn number,and battery voltage. The device designed with this method has many advantages such as litter charging current fluctuation,high efficiency,small in size and light weight etc.The simulation and experiment results show that the method is valid and effective.
