摘要
采用失重、腐蚀电位测试、交流阻抗等方法研究了氢基硫脲(TSC)对锌在26%氯化铵介质中的缓蚀作用机理。研究结果表明,TSC对锌在氯化铵中的腐蚀有较好的抑制作用,其作用机制为几何覆盖效应。TSC在锌表面的吸附近似符合Langmuir等温式。
The corrosion behavior of zinc in ammonium chloride solution with thiosemicarbazido(TSC) wasstudied by means of corrosion potential measurement, electrochemical impedence spectroscopy and weight-loss method. The experimental results showed that TSC had remarkable inhibition effect on the corrosionof zinc in 26% ammonium chloride solution. The inhibition efficiency of the TSC increased with theincrease in its concentration up to 0.2g.L-1 . The inhibition of TSC for zinc was found to be the geometricblocking effect, and its adsorption isotherm approximately followed Langmuir isotherm equation.
