热管式GGH取代回转式GGH的可行性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目前在湿式石灰石-石膏法脱硫工程中普遍应用的是回转式烟气-烟气换热器(GGH),但是,回转式GGH在运行过程中容易结垢堵塞,而且,垢层难以清理,使得系统阻力增大,增压风机超负荷运行。为了保证系统安全稳定运行,提高设备利用率,以及产生良好的环保效益,考虑采用热管取代回转式GGH。本文对这类回转式烟气再热器与热管式烟气再热器的技术特点分别进行了介绍,并进行了比较,认为热管式GGH作为湿法脱硫的烟气再热装置是可行的。 Currently, the regenerative Gas-Gas Heater (GGH) is widely used in the limestone - gypsum WFGD process, however, the regenerative GGH can easily plug during operation and the mineral coating is difficult to clean, which increasing the resistance of the system and making the booster fan overloaded. In order to ensure stable and security operation of system and improved equipment utilization, as well as to produce good environmental performance, heat pipes that is to replace the regenerative GGH should be considered. This paper introduces the technical features of heat-pipe GGH and regenerative GGH, respectively, and makes comparison. The conclusion is that the heat-pipe GGH is also a good choice besides the regenerative gas-gas heater.
