某铸造厂冲天炉烟气热回收系统优化与经济性分析

摘要 铸造厂的冲天炉烟气一般要求进行除尘处理,为此需要将烟气温度从约300℃降至120℃,为了充分利用烟气的热量,需要设计有效的热回收系统。本文对上海某铸造厂冲天炉烟气热回收系统开展了理论研究和实测对比,得到冷却器串联性能优于并联的结论,并对该烟气热回收系统进行了经济性分析。 Dust removal and cooling are processed for cupola gas, and a lot of heat of gas is discharged from 300℃ to 120℃. Effective recycling system of thermal energy is needed for recycling the discharged heat of cupola gas fully. Based on theory and measurement, better heat transfer in cooling series was proved in recycling system of thermal energy of cupola gas of a foundry in Shanghai. Economic benefit brought by recycling system of thermal energy was also analyzed.
