我国渔用气胀式救生筏质量现状与分析

Actuality of the quality about life rafts in China

渔用气胀式救生筏,具有使用方便、充气成型迅速、救助人数较多,以及保温性能好等优点,是渔船一旦发生海难事故后较为理想的救生设备。近年来,为了加大渔业安全基础设施建设的投入,进一步提高渔用气胀式救生筏的质量安全水平,国家和行业主管部门连续多年实施行业监督抽查。根据抽查结果显示,渔用气胀式救生筏在材质、充气结构和使用性能上存在着一些质量问题。本文根据连续3年对渔用Y型、YJ型和A型气胀式救生筏行业监督抽查结果进行分析,提出相关对策和建议。

Life rafts are the perfect survival equipment when the shipwrecks happen,for the advantages using conveniently,inflating to molding quickly,saving more people,great heat preservation and so on.In recent years,industry departments have implemented selective examination to increase the input of fisheries security infrastructure and improve the quality level of life rafts.With the finally show of selective examination,there are a lot of quality problem on the material,inflatable structures and performance.The article gives the advice on the base of analyzing the result of selective examination.
