摘要
在鼠笼式异步电机等效铁损电路的基础上,从矢量控制通用数学模型推导出一个考虑铁损的简化模型.基于该模型并结合模型参考自适应法,提出了带铁损电流补偿法的新型无速度传感器矢量控制节能系统.该系统通过铁损电流补偿实现高精度转矩控制,并且在满足调速性能要求的前提下,根据负载大小调节励磁电流实现最小损耗控制,达到节能目的,尤其在轻载运行时效果更显著.最后通过仿真证实了该系统的有效性.
Based on the equivalent iron loss circuit and the universal mathematical model of induction motor, a simplified model taking into account iron loss is deduced. By using this new model and MRAS, a new sensorless vector control system with compensation of iron loss is proposed. This system includes a torque current control by compensating iron loss for high accuracy and a minimization control of losses for saving energy, especially operating in light load. The magnetizing current is optimized and varied with the load. The system control torque has higher accuracy. The proposed system satisfies the speed control requirement and achieves the goal of saving energy. The effectiveness has been verified by digital simulation.
