摘要
以硝酸铟和偏钒酸铵为无机源,以聚乙二醇(PEG600)为模板剂,合成了介孔InVO4,考察了无机源与表面活性剂的摩尔比、表面活性剂浓度、水热温度和时间、煅烧温度等因素对所得钒酸铟的比表面积和孔结构的影响.结果显示,当摩尔比(表面活性剂:硝酸铟:偏钒酸铵)为1∶1∶1,水热温度180℃,水热时间24h,体系pH值为8,InVO4前驱体经两步煅烧(先200℃2h,然后500℃4h),制得的InVO4具有较大的比表面积(90.90m2·g-1),平均孔径为29.60nm,孔容为0.673cm3·g-1,同时具有较好的热稳定性和结晶度.
Mesoporous InVO4 was synthesized with PEG600 as template, Ln(NO3)3 and NH4VO3 as inorganic sources. The effects of preparation condition such as molar ratios of surfactant to inorganic sources, concentration of surfactants, hydrothermal temperature and time, calcination temperature on surface area and pore structure of the as - prepared InVO4 was studied. The appropriate preparation condition is 1: 1:1 (molar ratio of surfactant to inorganic sources), 180℃ 24 h (hydrothermal temperature and time), 200℃ 2 h (first calcination), 500 ℃ 4 h (second calcination). The surface are-a of the as - prepared InVO4is 90.90 m2 · g^-1 , BJH average diameter is 29.60nm, pore volume is 0.673 cm3·g^-1
