摘要
在Miller交直流两用逆变氩弧焊机上，采用手工TIG方法焊接6063合金型材．就该合金型材的焊丝材料、焊接工艺规范、焊接接头的裂纹敏感性及机械性能进行了研究，并给出获得良好性能焊接接头的方法。
Welding wire for 6063 profile in the manner of TIG manual welding withMiller AC/DC retransformation argon arc welder, and the welding process specification, cracksensitivity of seam, mechanical property were studied. Methods for good performance of seam are given.
