摘要
根据触发式测头的工作原理,对影响测头使用精度的主要误差———不灵敏域误差R进行了系统的试验分析,提出了换向回位误差e的概念,解释了测头使用中测量结果不一致的现象,并提出采用两次触测法消除换向回位误差,从而可显著提高测头的使用精度尤其是重复性精度。
Based on the working principle of trigger type probes,the influence of the non sensitive area error on the accuracy of probes is systematically analyzed.The conception of return error caused by change of measuring direction is presented,the phenomena of unconformity of measuring results are explicated,and a twice measurements method is presented to cancel the return error,then the accuracy and repeatability of probes can be improved signally.
