摘要
提出一种能提高圆分度测量系统精度的测量原理。通过应用信号分析技术对圆分度测量系统中适当布置的两个读数头的读数信号进行分析处理,可分离出由测量系统主要误差源引起的前几十阶读数谐波误差并予以修正。应用本测量原理的圆分度测量系统的精度高于采用平均读数原理的圆分度测量系统,并可简化测量系统结构,使测量易于实现。
A new measuring principle which can increase the accuracy of the angular indexing measuring system is presented.By using the signal analyzing technology to deal with signals read by two read heads of the angular indexing measuring system,the harmonic errors caused by main error resources of the measuring system can be detach and correct.The accuracy of the measuring system using the measuring principle is superior to that using the average read principle.Meanwhile,the structure of the measuring system can be simplified.
