摘要
目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术中应用管状吻合器行胆肠吻合的可行性。方法回顾分析了2005年5月至2010年3月间25例在胰十二指肠切除术中管状吻合器行胆肠吻合的临床资料。结果胆肠吻合时间仅需5～10 min,全组25例无一例术后发生胆瘘。结论对于胆总管明显扩张的胰十二指肠切除病例,管状吻合器可以安全地应用于胆肠吻合,且操作简单。
Objective To investigate the validity of choledochojejunostomy performed with tubular anastomat in pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods Twenty-five clinic cases from May 2005 to March 2010 of choledochojejunostomy using tubular anastomat in pancreaticoduodenectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Completing a choledochojejunostomy using tubular anastomat spent 5～10 minutes and no biliary fistula occurred in all 25 cases post operation.Conclusion Tubular anastomat can be safely used in choledochojejunostomy and is easy to opertate if common biliary tract dilates enough in pancreaticoduodenectomy case.
