摘要
目的探讨内镜联合腹腔镜处理老年胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的价值。方法回顾性分析27例采用内镜联合腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石老年患者的临床资料。结果所有病例均先行十二指肠镜,25例成功施行ERC+EST术,23例成功取出结石,其中22例顺利行LC术;EST术后2例发生胰腺炎,1例出现消化道出血,均予保守治疗后好转;平均住院时间17.5天。结论内镜联合腹腔镜是治疗胆囊结石伴胆总管结石的有效手段,尤其适用于老年患者。
Objective To explore the value of endoscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of gallbladder stones with bile duct stones in elder patients.Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 27 cases of gallbladder stones with common bile duct stones of elder patients treated with endoscopy and laparoscopy.Results All the cases underwent endoscopy first,25 cases underwent ERC＋EST,common bile duct stones in 23 cases were extracted,among them 22 cases underwent LC after EST.There were 2 cases got pancreatitis,1 case got alimentary tract hemorrhage,the average hospital stay was 17.5 days.Conclusions The combined use of endoscopy and laparoscopy is an effective way in treatment of gallbladder stones with common bile duct stones,especially in elder patients.
