摘要 基于现场总线技术开发纺织生产全过程的底层数据采集及处理系统。系统底层网络由多个PROFIBUS总线网络和其他子网组成,实时采集纺织生产过程所有工序中各设备的重要参数;上层基于工业以太网和WinCC设计,完成对海量信息的集成和处理。经实践,认为:该系统运行稳定可靠,可实现470多台设备40 000多个底层数据的实时采集处理、在线故障诊断及报警,可对整个纺织生产过程进行集中监控和管理。 Lower layer data integration and processing system in textile production total process was developed based on fieldbus technology. The system lower layer network is consist of multi-PROFIBUS and other sub-nets,key parameters of each equipment in textile production process could be collected together in real time, the system upper layer network is designed based on industrial Ethernet and WinCC and a mass of information could be processed and integrated. The result given by textile enterprise user shows that the system is reliable and steady,more than 40 000 lower layer data came from more than 470 equipments could be gathered and processed in real time, the function of online fault diagnosis and alarming could be realized, total textile production process could be supervised and managed overall.
