摘要
探讨织物组织结构、纱线排列以及纱线线密度对丙纶机织物过滤效果的影响。通过测试过滤布试样透气性、透水性以及耐磨性,分析了各因素对过滤布性能的影响。结果表明:经纬纱线密度分别为333 dtex单丝、667 dtex复丝,表里经、表里纬排列比分别为1∶1、2∶2,表层和里层基础组织分别为二上二下右斜纹、一上三下右斜纹的过滤布透气性和透水性最好;经纬纱线密度分别为667 dtex复丝、333 dtex单丝,表里经、表里纬排列比分别为2∶2、2∶2,表层和里层基础组织分别为三上一下右斜纹、一上三下右斜纹的过滤布耐磨性最好。
Effect of fabric structure, yarn arrangement and yarn linear density on polypropylene woven filter cloth were discussed. Effect of each factors on filter cloth property were analyzed through testing filter cloth air permeability, water permeability and wear resistance. The result shows that air permeability and water permeability of filter cloth are the best when warp linear density is 333 dtex filament and weft linear density is 667 dtex multifilament,face warp and back warp arrangement is 1 : 1 and face weft and back weft arrangement is 2 : 2,face basic structure is cassimere right twill,back basic structure is swansdown right twill. When warp linear density is 667 dtex multifilament and weft linear density is 333 dtex filament,face warp and back warp arrangement is 2 : 2 and face weft and back weft arrangement is 2 : 2,face basic structure is right crow-twill,back basic structure is swansdown right twill,wear resistance of filter cloth is the best.
