摘要
探讨细绒棉与长绒棉不同混和方式对精梳细号纱质量的影响。分别采用清棉棉箱混和、预并条搭条混和及精梳后并条搭条混和方式纺制精梳细号纱,对比了不同混和方式下半制品质量及成纱质量。指出:在三种混和方式中,清棉棉箱混和方式的混和效果最好,但难以兼顾各纤维纺纱工艺特点;精梳后并条搭条混和方式有利于按不同纤维性能设置纺纱工艺,但其混和效果略差;预并条搭条混和方式的混和效果处于前两种混和方式之间。在精梳细号纱生产中应根据后道产品要求和生产设备配置选择细绒棉和长绒棉的混和方式。
Effect of medium cotton and long-staple cotton different blending styles on combed fine yarn quality were discussed. Combed fine yarns were spun by adopting hopper blending, predrawing blending and after combing sliver blending. Semi-product quality and finish yarn quality were contrasted in different blending styles. It is pointed out that hopper blending effect is the best in the three blending styles, while spinning processing would not be made out for each fiber. Spinning processing of after combing sliver blending could be set according to different fiber property while the blending effect is worse. Predrawing blending effect is between the other two blending styles. In combing fine yarn production, medium cotton and long-staple cotton blending style should be selected according to the latter process product requirement and equipment configuration.
