胆总管婴儿性纤维肉瘤1例
摘要
患儿女，4岁，以渐进性皮肤巩膜黄染半月，腹痛4d入院。患儿系足月妊娠、顺产。患儿半月前无明显诱因出现皮肤、巩膜黄染，呈渐进性，伴皮肤瘙痒．腹痛轻微，小便黄．无发热及恶心呕吐。入院查体：全身皮肤及巩膜中度黄染，腹稍隆，全腹软，脐周有深压痛，肝脏肋缘下约3cm，肝区叩痛轻微。
