摘要
氨基酰tRNA合成酶相互作用多功能蛋白质1(aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase-interacting multi-functional protein1,AIMP1)在哺乳动物中最早是被发现作为一种辅助蛋白质参与了一个巨大的氨基酰tRNA合成酶复合物的形成。然而最近越来越多的研究显示,AIMP1还具有多种细胞因子活性,参与到包括免疫调控、血管生成、创伤愈合、血糖稳态,及TGF-β信号途径等多种体内的生理反应。本文着重阐述了AIMP1的多种生物学活性,并且对它的应用前景进行了讨论和展望。
Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase-interacting multi-functional protein 1 (AIMP1) was first discovered as a factor associated with a large mammalian multi-aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex.Recently,accumulating evidences indicated that AIMP1 can be secreted as a cytokine and is involved in the regulation of immune response,angiogenesis,wound healing,glucose homeostasis,and TGF-β signal pathway.Here,we summarize the biological activities of AIMP1,and discuss the therapeutic potential of this multi-functional protein.
