Research progress of intergenerational transmission of DNA methylation

摘要 在过去的几年里,人们对表观遗传修饰中的DNA甲基化修饰有了新的认识。这种修饰作用决定了基因在何时何地表达,这一修饰作用不仅会贯穿生物体的整个发育过程,而且会遗传给下一代。异常的DNA甲基化修饰会导致复杂的突变,同样,这些突变亦有可能遗传到子代,进而影响到子代的生长发育。对DNA甲基化在世代间传递现象的探讨会为表观遗传机制的研究提供很好的模型,进而有助于生物医学方面的研究。本文就DNA甲基化世代传递方面的研究进展作一综述。 In the past few years,people have some new understanding about DNA methylation of epigenetic modification.This modification decided when and where gene expressed.And it not only exists throughout the whole developmental process of organisms,but also pass to next generation.Moreover,abnormal DNA methylation may be inherited to offspring,which leads to a complex mutation,thus it would affect the growth and development of offspring.So it will provide a good model for the study of epigenetic mechanisms to discuss intergenerational transmission of DNA methylation,and contribute to biomedical research.This article makes some overviews on lately research progress about the intergenerational transmission of DNA methylation.
