人羊膜间充质干细胞分离培养及鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是来源于中胚层的多能干细胞,具有高度自我更新能力和多向分化潜能〔1-2〕。目前研究最多的是骨髓MSCs,但其必须通过有创伤性的途径获得,而且随着时间的延长,干细胞数量明显减少〔3〕。因此,寻找更易获得、含量丰富且易于培养的MSCs来源,对MSCs的实验研究具有重要意义。本研究从人羊膜组织中分离纯化MSCs,为人羊膜间充质干细胞(AMSCs)的进一步研究及临床应用提供基础。
