摘要
通过苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯和无机纳米SiO2粒子乳液聚合制备出有机-无机复合乳液,并将其用于纸塑和塑塑复膜胶。结果表明:可聚合乳化剂的引入可以提高其剥离强度,降低乳液胶粒的粒径;硬单体苯乙烯和纳米SiO2的增加使初粘力降低,当其质量分数分别为20%和1%时,剥离强度具有最大值;剥离强度、初粘力和持粘力都随功能单体丙烯酸含量的增加,先增加后降低;改变不同的条件,最终可制得纸塑和塑塑分别为13.53N/(2.5 cm)和10.90 N/(2.5 cm)的高剥离强度和持粘力的复膜胶。
Organic-inorganic composite emulsion was prepared by the emulsion polymerization of styrene,acrylate and inorganic nano-SiO2 particles,and the composite emulsion was used for paper-plastic and plastic-plastic laminating adhesive.The results show that the addition of polymerizable emulsifier can improve the peel strength and reduce the particle diameter of the emulsion.The increase of the hard monomer styrene and nano-SiO2 can reduce the initial adhesion,and the peel strength of laminating adhesive has maximum value when the mass fraction of styrene and nano-SiO2 is 20% and 1% respectively.With the increase in acrylic acid in the functional monomer,the peel strength,the initial adhesion and the persistent adhesion shall firstly increase and then decrease;By change in different conditions,the laminating adhesive with high peel strength 13.53 N/(2.5 cm) for paper-plastic and 10.90 N/(2.5 cm) for plastic-plastic and good persistent adhesion can be prepared finally.
