摘要
以ε-聚赖氨酸、乳化剂OP-10、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物(SAE)为原料制成涂布乳液,并使用涂布法制备ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌食品包装纸。通过分析各种原料的用量对乳液涂布后纸张的抗菌性能的影响,确定了ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂水乳液各原料的质量分数:ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂为0.1%,乳化剂OP-10为2%,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为1%,苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物(SAE)为2%。使用在该条件下制成的涂布水乳液在常温下对原纸进行涂布,可生产出抗菌效果良好的食品包装纸。
Coating emulsion was made from ε-polylysine,emulsifier OP-10,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and,styrene acrylate copolymer(SAE) as raw materials,and ε-polylysine antibacterial food packaging paper was made by the plastering method.By analyzing the effects of the amount of various raw materials on the antibacterial properties after emulsion coating,the mass fraction of each raw material for emulsion of ε-polylysine antibacterial agent was determined: that of ε-polylysine antibacterial is 0.1%,that of emulsifier OP-10 is 2%,that of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) is 1% and that of styrene acrylate copolymer(SAE) is 2%.By coating on base paper with the coating emulsion made under those conditions,the food packaging paper with good antibacterial effect can be produced.
