摘要
结合国内外远红外涂料研究情况,分析了远红外辐射涂料的成分及其配方,并探讨了一种远红外辐射瓦楞纸板试样的制备方法。试验表明,对于选定的3种粉体基料,采用聚醋酸乙烯乳液做载体粘合剂,采用质量分数为0.02%的多聚磷酸钠溶液做分散剂,加工的试样陶瓷颗粒分布均匀,试样表面光滑,符合进一步研究的使用要求。
Combined with domestic and foreign research situation of far-infrared coating,the composition and formula of far-infrared radiation coating were analysed,and the preparation method for a kind of sample of far-infrared radiation corrugated board was discussed.The experiment shows that for the three kinds of selected powder base,with polyvinyl acetate emulsion as carrier adhesives and sodium polyphosphate solution(mass fraction 0.02%) as dispersant,the particle distribution of processed sample ceramics was homogeneous,the surface of sample was smooth and it met the requirement to use in further research.
