摘要 复合装甲的高速侵彻过程一直是军事和结构领域所关注的问题。在大量破片侵彻试验的基础上,利用非线性有限元分析软件LS-DYNA对破片侵彻陶瓷/FRP复合靶板的过程进行了数值模拟,研究了侵彻过程靶板的破坏形式,分析了侵彻过程中破片速度的变化,以及不同厚度陶瓷对剩余速度的影响,并通过与试验数据的比较,验证了数值模拟在分析破片剩余速度和靶板破坏形式等方面的有效性。 High volecity penetration to composite armor is of interest in military and structural applications.Based on plenty of experimental results,numerical modeling of ballistic impact of fragment into ceramic/FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics) composite armor is considered in this paper.An three-dimensional finite element code LS-DYNA is used in the analysis of the problem.The damage model of the composite armor is presented.The change of the fragment's volecity during penetration and the relation of the ballistic volecity with different thickness of ceramic is analyed in this paper.A good correlation between the numerical and experimental results has been drawn in terms of predicting ballistic limit and delamination during penetration.
